CIRCUIT TRAINING: Designed to work your entire body using body weight, core, strength and cardio exercises. Each workout uses a variety of equipment and accommodates all levels.
ZUMBA: Exercise was never this fun! Combines music with dance moves and interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms for a total body workout.
STRENGTH: A total body workout with functional movements using dumbbells.
HIIT: Challenge your strength, agility & balance on the mat with a series of high intensity movement.
Practice Inner and Outer Bliss. Level I-II Hatha Gentle Flow for flexibility, posture, balance and strength. Classes designed for beginners and those with some yoga experience. Modifications are given for poses to accommodate different experience levels.
